Leeward
Some art is made. Some art is lived.
Leeward was born in the midst of a storm — created during the final push to launch Artworks Seville, when the chaos of building something new felt exactly like the sea in this painting. A massive wave curling with unstoppable force. A tiny sailboat pressing forward anyway. And above it all, hidden in the storm clouds, the Fibonacci spiral — nature's reminder that even in turbulence, there is order.
There is pattern. There is a way through.
The golden light breaking through those dark churning clouds isn't just beautiful. It's a promise.
This is what it feels like to come out the other side of a storm. Battered, yes. But sailing. Still sailing.
On metal, the dark blues and stormy greys deepen into something you can almost feel as wind.
The golden light glows like a lantern in the dark.
